Jeeha! We have officially moved. My new postal adress is now:

Observatoriegata 14
0254 OSLO
Norway

More details and pics later.

oh and..

WordPress 2.8 is out now. Ecpecting to upgrade all servers on the UWG platform within a month. Luckily for the boys the layout wont realltĀ  change again… they were rather annoyed the last time.

the to do list…

that never ends. Seems like for every item I cross out, 5 new things appear. I guess thats how it works. Springsteen cleanup with Stageco on Thursday was quick, clean and easy. We loaded andĀ  sendt the last semi off to Oslo exactly on schedule. In Trondheim now, prepearing for the festival of the ages, with reckord number visitors, almost all the events sold out and what promises to be the best midnight concert since we started the tradition in 2000.

I am moving soon! And I am so looking forward to it! Lots of space together with the prettiest girl in the world ;)

H out.

Potatoes for a slow summerday…

This is a great little treat if you just want something that’s easy to make and tastes really good! The trick here is finding really good balsamic vinegar, one that is 100% natural with nothing artificial in it. I use Oliviers & Co. and haven’t found anything as good yet…

You will need:

Potatoes

3 shallots per person

2 sausages per person, I prefer smoked and skinless

4 cherry tomatoes per person

decent olive oil

decent balsamic vinegear

fresh thyme – lots!

Do the following:

Fry potatoes and shallots on medium heat in olive oil and a few drops of balsamic until almost tender. Then add thyme and more balsamic and olive oil, some salt and pepper and simmer for a few minutes more. Add diced sausage and tomatoes and even more balsamic and simmer for about ten minutes. Taste with salt and pepper. Add some more thyme. Stir well and serve.

Eat alone or as a part of a bigger meal. Goes well with both red and white wine, a cold beer or preferably, a fres fruit juice for the warm summer day!
